Junior SharePoint System Analyst

Job Title: SharePoint Systems Analyst

Location: Remote Work

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• Must have 5 years of Industry experience.
• Must have BA/ BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Medicare or Healthcare experience is a BIG PLUS.
• EDI experience is NOT required.
• Must have SharePoint and Business Analyst experience.
• Must have prior experience assisting in defining the project scope and managing the defined scope.
• Client currently using SharePoint 2019 but will be upgrading to SharePoint Subscription Edition.
• Must be personable, has worked with customers in the past, will be handling any/all tickets. If can’t answer get developers involved.

Detail Requirements

• Must have 3 years using and supporting SharePoint.
• Must have 3 years using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• Must have 3 years of experience using Agile SAFe (used for release management and ties very nicely into Jira and Confluence).
• Must have 3 years of experience with Jira, Zephyr and Confluence (Houses requirements)
• Must have 3 years of experience writing user stories
• Must have test automation or manual testing experience (Client does use Zephyr for test automation)

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Experience using and supporting SharePoint strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI strongly preferred.
• Agile SAFe experience strongly preferred.
• Jira, Zephyr, Confluence experience strongly preferred.
• Test Automation experience strongly preferred.
