Job Summary: The On-Premise Sales Representative is responsible for the sales, distribution, promotions, and quality control, within their assigned Accounts.
Essential Responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Build and maintain business relations in all accounts assigned to the route
• Ability to sell all products from our A/B & NBC brand portfolio
• Execute and attend all promotions and special events within your assigned accounts
• Responsible for Daily Sales Calls in all assigned accounts
• Ability to put together comprehensive reports and programs for all accounts with-in the route
Additional Responsibilities:
• Responsible for completing Account Information Packets, Draught and Glassware surveys, Product Code input, and Promotional Recaps
• Must maintain the cleanliness and working operation of Company vehicle
• Must stay current of opportunities and competitive activity within assigned accounts
Required Skills/Abilities:
This person must be willing to work evenings and weekends on a flexible schedule and be self-motivated, with maximum productivity and minimal supervision. Organizational and time management skills are essential. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Products. The On-Premise Sales Representative must have good customer service and communication skills and present themselves in a professional, neat, and clean manner always, always representing the company positively. Product knowledge is essential as well as selling skills. Physical requirements include the ability to push/pull a Manuel pallet jack with up to 2500 pounds of weight, the ability to use a hand truck with up to 300 pounds of weight, the ability to move product weighting 20-25 pounds from ground level to waist level 250 times a day, from waist to chest level 250 times a day and overhead approximately 25 times a day. In addition, there is frequent twisting, bending, turning, squatting, reaching, pulling, and pushing. Must be able to speak, understand and write the English language. Must attend all required Anheuser-Busch and Nevada Beverage Company training courses. A valid, Driver’s License is required along with a good driving record. The Driver’s License must be always maintained.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma required; previous experience in Hotel/Casino preferred. 2 years beer sales experience recommended, but not required.
