Summary

Description

Essential Functions:

• Act as the shift supervisor, covering shifts as needed.
• Assist Nutritional Services Manager with payroll, schedule, log books, and other essential duties as required.
• Responsible for stocking and dating products.
• Act as a back up to Manager when he/she is absent.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels.
• Ability to complete competency CPR and First Aid
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to distressed patients, families, or visitors.
• Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions.

Physical Demands:

• Requires standing, sitting, or walking for up to 12 hours or longer per workday.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalency required.

Preferred Requirements:

• One to three years in hospital setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
