Direct Support Professional will serve as a direct care worker having direct responsibility for guidance and supervisor of the Individuals to whom he/she is assigned. Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities is required, but will train highly motivated applicants. Duties include overseeing physical care, management of Individuals behavior, escorting Individuals to and form training and community activities as assigned, following established procedure to report change/concerns, completes data collection in accordance with Individual Support Plan. Participate in Individual Support Plan meeting, perform required housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment. Participate in staff meetings and in-service training as assigned; plans and implement special activities; complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
