- Schedule: 6 hours per day, 5 days per week (ideal for someone with school-age children at home)
- Potential for additional hours: Opportunities to supplement schedule with additional clients in their homes
- Target Population: School-age children, many of whom have autism and co-morbidities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Develop treatment plans
- Train and work alongside staff to implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) protocols
- Collaborate with a professional team of caregivers and staff to provide the best care
Requirements and Preferences:
- Required: BCBA certification
- Preferred: Experience with Rethink automated documentation system
- Additional: A passion for working with children and a desire to make a difference in their lives
