New Directions, the Domestic Abuse Shelter and Rape Crisis Center of Knox County, seeks a full-time Fiscal Director. This is a full-time, salaried position, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing accounting and fiscal management services for grants in a non-profit agency. Duties include responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, supply procurement, timesheet tracking & submission, general ledger journal entries, assistance with duties associated with Human Resources and other administrative duties. This position may require local travel, as well as periodic other travel.
Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Years of experience working in the financial field will also be considered. Knowledge of non-profit and grant work is preferred.
