Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Support Project Managers (PM) in day-to-day technical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a detailed and organized document library for each project.
- Generate invoices and change orders.
- Assist in the development of workflows for the engineering team and company.
- Help PM with utility communication and follow up.
- Interface with vendors and subcontractors.
- Support working relationships with electrical contractors, business partners, and customers.
- Help take notes and record information during weekly meetings.
- Assisting with project closeout and documentation.
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following – Inventory Control:
- Manage internal NEE inventory of PV modules across geographically diverse warehouses.
- Work with warehouse managers to verify current inventory, schedule release of specific product, and verify correct product was shipped/received.
- Maintain records of module-specific data (flash test, PO’s) and keep updated with as modules arrive and leave warehouses.
- Assist in the receipt, recording, labeling, and shipping of small pallets of material in NEE on-site warehouse. This will be a SMALL part of the job, but highly beneficial.
Desired Background and/or Experience:
- Familiarity with SharePoint and ability/desire to keep up a detailed file structure across dozens of projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge on using Microsoft Suite of products including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of solar production modeling software (PVSyst, SAM) and AutoCAD is a strong plus.
- Desire to pursue PMP certification in project management.
- 4 year college degree.
Location and Travel:
- Work shall be performed from Company’s offices in Annapolis, Maryland and Employee shall be traveling for approximately 10% of the time and shall provide the following services throughout the United States.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $65,000-75,000 , encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity. This range is a good faith estimate based on the position's requirements. Specific compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary depending on factors such as relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
