What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator of Campus Visits position at New England College?
- Schedule and manage weekday campus visits and tours in collaboration with all members of the admissions department team.
- Participate in the training, scheduling, and supervision of student tour guides and ambassadors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing the highest level of customer service and information about campus life and programs.
- Collaborate with campus staff and faculty to arrange meetings for visitors as appropriate.
- Use the College’s CRM system to maintain accurate records of campus visit attendance and feedback for reporting purposes
- Answer the main phone line to the undergraduate admission office and be prepared to respond to a wide range of calls and re-direct them to the appropriate individual.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
- High school education with some college background desirable
- Two to four years of relevant experience or comparable knowledge and skills
