QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER $22-$23HR

Required Education / Experience

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years experience working in the capacity of a security guard officer or other related field work.
• A clean driving record, with at-fault incidents in the past 7 years.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Associates Degree
• Two years of experience in a related field.
  
  

Required Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and how to use a computer.
• Must be able to deal with various levels of personality traits and maintain self-control.
• Must conduct oneself in a professional and efficient manner during interaction with people.
• Must prepare written statements, evaluations and correspondence in a logical and grammatically correct manner.
• Must be able to cover various shifts including weekends, nights and holidays; and/or work extended hours if needed.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work with others.
• Must have a Massachusetts driver’s license.
• Must pass the RMV qualification for standard driving requirements.\
• Candidates licensed for less than 7 years or have an at-fault incident in his or her record may be ineligible for this position.
