New Hope’s Campus Residential program is now hiring Nurse Coordinators for its team! The Nurse Coordinator is an integral part of the Campus Residential program, working with the residential care team to ensure individuals within the program are living their best, and most healthy lives.
In this role, a Registered Nurse (RN) will complete assessments, monitor and record vitals, pass meds, and complete monthly/quarterly/annual paperwork as necessary. The Nurse Coordinator also accompanies individuals when they visit their local doctors and physicians and handles appropriate correspondence with medical teams.
This position is scheduled to provide exceptional care Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:00 p.m., and will be on call every 5th weekend.
Rate: $32.54 an hour
Salary : $33
