Overview
Under direct and indirect supervision, the PA-C or NP will provide patient and practice support services; including, but not limited to, administering neurotoxins, fillers, RF Microneedling, IPL lasers, chemical peels, Aveli, and O/P shot. Service menu is subject to change based on the evolution of the industry and treatments added or removed to the menu.
We are looking to add an additional Nurse Injector to our team. The ideal candidate must possess at least three years of direct, hands-on experience in the delivery of neurotoxins, dermal fillers and pride themselves on working with patients to enhance their natural beauty, and implement recommendations for anti-aging and wellness including skincare regimens, neurotoxins and dermal fillers, chemical peels and facials, laser resurfacing, microneedling and other cosmetic treatments.
- All candidates must hold an active State of Texas Medical License
- Knowledge of and skilled in multiple aesthetic modules, with a strong focus on neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Documentation and charting to medical standards
- Excellent customer service
- Experience: 3 years of injectable and Med-Spa experience
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy and histology
- Performs medical aesthetics and related treatments according to established protocols; including but not limited to injectables, laser skin rejuvenation, platelet-rich plasma anti-aging procedures
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to customize treatment plans to best suit the patient
- Participate in the development of service menu, monthly specials, skincare products, new treatment onboarding
- Knowledge and communication to patients of current skin care lines carried at NLC
- Train new hires in best practices and The New Life Way for aesthetician, injectors, and medical assistants
- Participate and maintain proper protocols, and processes for treatments, and EMR process
- Maintain inventory log of consumables and supplies needed for services provided by the injector
- Assist in cosmetic surgery consultations, pre-op and post-op appointments on a as needed basis
- Participate in marketing including photo/video shoots, social media, and marketing content
- Maintain professional social media presence actively curating industry related content
- Keep work station/space clean and tidy
- Continuously self-educating on treatments and best practices
