Your new role

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Client Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the hiring and interview process, scheduling a high volume of interviews, managing logistics, and assisting with various projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the hiring and interview process in collaboration with hiring managers and recruiters
• Schedule a high volume of onsite, phone, and video conference interviews efficiently and accurately
• Manage logistics for the interview process, including recording activity into the applicant tracking system, arranging travel (if applicable), and collecting feedback
• Provide assistance with other projects and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Experience in heavy interview scheduling is highly preferred
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment

Working Conditions:

• The position is hybrid out of the Santa Clara, CA office.
• Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, 40 hours a week
• Additional working hours may be required based on business needs

• We offer base hourly rate of $40
