What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Coordinator position at New Logo July 2022?
The Recruitment Coordinator will perform some or all these tasks as appropriate:
- Input of requisition authorization by client on to the relevant system
- Data entry to several relevant Talent Aquisition systems.
- Offer creation, Background Monitoring
- Interview scheduling and sending confirmations
- Generation of regular and ad-hoc reports
Deliver an efficient and compliant process:
- Ensure adherence to Hays and Client recruitment methodology, policies, procedures and service delivery standards
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations to your Line Manager in relation to service improvements
Optimize Systems and Business Intelligence:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the importance of all recruitment technologies and system integrity responsibilities
- Document all activity accurately and in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining data integrity
