Position Overview : As the Environmental Services Manager, you will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring that our community's physical property is in excellent condition. You will oversee systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, and kitchens while managing projects, budgets, and vendor relationships. You'll also play a key role in fostering a welcoming, engaging environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the housekeeping team.
- Hire, train, and manage staff.
- Maintain key systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Oversee repairs and negotiate with vendors.
- Manage budgets and projects.
- Ensure timely maintenance and room turnovers.
- Keep safety logs.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Build rapport with residents and provide excellent service.
