Job Description
New River Valley Community Services is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Crisis Receiving Center! The Nurse Manager provides for the overall day-to-day administrative management, supervision and quality assurance for healthcare services at the Crisis Receiving Center. Provides direct supervision and support to nursing staff and ensures quality services are provided. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with services supervised. Also provides direct and indirect services. Provides after hours and on-call support as needed.
Starting Salary: $81,530-Depending on Experience

Education Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing is required.
- Virginia Registered Nursing License is required.
- Bachelor's Degree or beyond is preferred.
- QMHP eligibility or status eligible preferred through the Virginia Board of Counseling.
