What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Sales Manager position at New Star Solar?
Job description
We are looking for a well experienced solar professional to build around for a new office down south. New Star Solar has been in business since 2015 and we are looking to expand to the southern Utah Market! The right fit is a great problem solver, a leader and a high producer. Prior in person solar sales experience is required for this position but, prior Management experience isn't required.
The correct candidate must:
- Be willing to knock doors and lead a team in the field.
- Candidate must be a team player and see others success as their own
- Candidate needs to encourage and promote team/company culture
- Individuals will be expected to show promise in the production of their own leads and sales along with providing others with others to complete their sales and goals.
Managers will be expected to understand how to help new sales reps do the following:
- Work With a Team of outside Solar Sales Representatives
- Self-generate leads by canvassing select neighborhoods and be a positive example for your Solar Team
- Participate in initial Solar Training Camps to help ensure your success
- Lead weekly Team Meetings for ongoing training and support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
- Uncapped commission
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
