Our Elgin office is looking for a helpful, self-directed individual to assist our Marketing and Sales team with a variety of office tasks including data entry, preparing reports, inventory management, shipping, and social media posting. The ideal candidate is proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer tasks, has strong organizational and communication skills, and works well both with others and independently.
Pay: $15-18 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 9am-4:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Responsibilities:
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and capture and distribute meeting notes.
- Compile data and prepare monthly reports for review.
- Generate and publish creative content for social media accounts.
- Oversee the inventory of kitchen/office supplies, products, and demos.
- Handle office utility accounts and communicate with service providers as necessary.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Collect and organize data for research projects.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and helpful attitude, capable of taking direction.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Elgin office.
Additional Experience Desired:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Video editing software (Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premier, or similar).
- Google marketing tools (Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
- Website management skills, including WordPress and Duda.
- SEO tools like Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
