## Responsibilities

- Homework Review and Guidance:

• Responsible for checking students’ homework to ensure its completion and quality.

• Provide detailed guidance and explanations to help students understand and solve problems they encounter in their homework.

- Time Management:

• Assist students in creating a reasonable schedule for completing homework, teaching them how to work efficiently within limited time.

• Ensure that students complete their homework on time and help them develop good study habits.

- Academic Evaluation and Feedback:

• Regularly assess the students’ homework performance, recording their progress and identifying areas for improvement.

• Communicate with parents and teachers about the students’ learning progress and offer suggestions for improvement.

- Psychological Support and Motivation:

• Pay attention to the students’ emotional state, providing psychological support to alleviate learning pressure.

• Boost students’ confidence and motivation by offering positive encouragement and praise.

- Communication with Parents:

• Regularly communicate with parents about the students’ homework completion and the effectiveness of the tutoring, and listen to their feedback and suggestions.

• Adjust tutoring methods based on parents’ input to better support the students’ learning.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
