What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist (Part-Time, Remote) position at Newance?
We're looking for a talented HR Generalist who wants to bring their expertise to our clients.
Your first project will be up to 20 hours/week.
Your projects will include:
- Modern people practices and systems thinking that blend results with empathy.
- Working yourself out of a role by helping growing companies build process, automations and systems with technology.
- Ongoing payroll and onboarding management in Paylocity
We're looking for someone with:
- 5 years of HR experience
- Tech intuition. You'll need to be able to speak to how you've utilized technology and how you keep up with tech trends.
- Flexibility. This is consulting. Things change all the time!
- A passion for startups and business. The best people leaders incorporate context.
