We are seeking a Cook in our Dietary Department to work full-time (including weekends and holidays). Responsible for the quality, timing and control of all areas of production in accordance with scheduled area. Works closely with Manager/Director to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary operation of production area. Prepares salads, cooks, and bakes per menu.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Prior experience in a cafeteria, food preparation facility preferred. Reading a writing skills are needed. Knowledge of institutional food preparation and modified diet principles; knowledge regarding the requirements for safe, sanitary food handling.
