What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Newbury Living?
Newbury Living is seeking a weekend Receptionist. This position will need to be flexible and able to fill in on other shifts as needed. The shift to fill is Saturdays and Sundays 3pm-11pm for our 24/7 front desk. If you have customer service experience, this may be the opportunity for you.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone. Take messages for management personnel
- Monitor security cameras
- Respond to pull cord and fire alarms
- Complete maintenance request forms
- Assist residents with questions
- Allow access to building for resident visitor after receiving permission from resident
- Complete Accident / Incident Report for all situations that involve Emergency Responders to come into the building
- Assist Property Director with other duties as appropriate
Must be flexible and available to work 3pm-11pm.
