Position Overview :
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our company goals. You'll oversee all facets of marketing, including branding, graphic design, and communications, while managing projects with short deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role requires a versatile individual who can act as both a designer and a manager, contributing creatively while leading the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing plans to promote Newco's products and brand.
- Oversee graphic design and printing functions, ensuring consistency in branding and high-quality output.
- Create custom artwork designs for customers to support sales and product promotions.
- Manage the development and updates of marketing materials, including price books, catalogs, cut sheets, and other collateral.
- Coordinate product photography and videography to support promotional efforts.
- Provide website design and support, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging online presence.
- Conduct regular market research to keep Newco current with industry trends and insights.
- Create outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and other B2B mediums to expand visibility and engagement.
- Manage outsourcing of projects to third-party design companies when workload exceeds internal capacity.
- Actively contribute as a designer while also managing team and project workflows.
