- Duties:
Responsibilities are as follows, with additional duties as assigned: Creates employment badges, maintains door access as well as assigned parking spaces for capitol complex.
- Receive and process mail and deliveries for HRE. Greet customers at the front desk, receive visitors, and allow access to HRE training rooms as necessary.
- Receive inquiries for employment verification, look up employee information in HR systems, and reply to requesters.
Skills required:
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to perform routine quantitative and narrative reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
Experience required:
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative assistant experience.
Education Required:
- Two years of full-time work experience performing administrative support work. OR
- A total of two years of education and/or full-time experience (as described in number one), where 30 semester hours of accredited post-high school course work equals one year of full-time experience
