Sales Account Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Experience in account management, including the ability to negotiate effectively and manage client expectations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape within the technology sector.
