Responsibilities
• Efficiently load and unload shipments from containers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Accurately sort freight based on specifications and destination, maintaining organization and efficiency levels.
• Monitor and track the movement of freight, facilitating seamless tracing processes and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Effectively label and weigh freight for proper handling and shipment identification.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the work environment by performing regular cleanup tasks and adhering to safety protocols.
• Promptly document and report any instances of damaged shipments, ensuring appropriate handling and resolution.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience is required.
• Previous experience operating reach truck for at least 1 year
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and national background check.
• Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effective communication within the team.
Pay
$21.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm
