Position Overview: As a House Cleaning Specialist at Next Level Cleaning LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality cleaning services to our valued clients. Your meticulous attention to detail, dedication, and passion for creating clean and comfortable living spaces will be highly valued. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living areas
• Organize and declutter spaces to create a tidy and inviting atmosphere
• Change bed linens, wash windows, and perform additional specialized cleaning tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing specific cleaning preferences and requirements
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions, while also being a reliable team player
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and address their cleaning preferences
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the job)
