Looking to hire a customer service representative for a small but busy insurance agency. The position is a full time, in office position. Being fluent in both English and Spanish is highly recommended. Candidates must be: Reliable, outgoing, friendly and self motivated. Must be competent in microsoft programs and overall computer use. Must be able to compose well written emails in a timely fashion.
No prior knowledge of the business is required. We will teach everything. Ideally we would like to find someone that has a desire to get licensed and earn some comission on top of their salary. Tution reimbursement will be provided upon passing exams and recieving licenses.
The office hours are Monday through Friday (no weekends) from 8am to 4pm
