About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst Scheduler to join our team. As a Program Analyst Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking project progress, and identifying potential risks and issues. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to project timelines. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be critical to the success of our projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in project scheduling or project management
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Federal Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Experience in government contracting or defense industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Skills:

You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project managers and team members, and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is required, and experience in government contracting or defense industry is preferred. Additionally, having a PMP certification and experience working in a remote or virtual environment would be beneficial to this role.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
