Leadership

- Process payments by check, credit card and ACH while maintaining payment terms
- Scan checks into CoBank creating the deposit
- Answer phones and answer customer/vendor questions and directing them to the appropriate person when needed
- Greet walk in customers and assist them with their needs or direct them to the appropriate person when needed
- Open and sort the daily mail
- Reconcile statements requesting any invoices we are missing
- Order office supplies as needed or requested
- Reconcile cash drawer daily and take deposits to the bank as needed
- Process invoices thorough Psigen and into Laserfiche
- Assign invoices a due date and send them to the appropriate person to approve in Laserfiche
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to function as part of a team
- Demonstrates good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines all the while being detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and complete work with a high degree of accuracy, judgment, and integrity
- Must have one to three years of experience in an accounting role
- Associates degree required or related experience
- Experience with Oakland and Laserfiche preferred
