NFI North is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. This program is a residential and day treatment program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team
Responsibilities: Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shift. Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations. Responsible for medication administration and all medical management on shift. This position is a member of the management team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or four years’ experience with participant population preferred.
