Position Highlights:
- Is responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
- Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
- Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs
- Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
- Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Supervising nursing staff and monitoring needs.
- Coordinating daily administrative duties, including nursing assignments and patient care for the assigned unit.
- Mentor and train new staff and support and guide all staff members.
- Monitor medical charts and provide compassionate care and assistance to patients and families.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Other job duties as assigned
- Must be caring, compassionate, have good communication skills, have a positive attitude, and be a team player

Experience: At least two years of clinical and clerical experience required
