Parts Sales Specialist
Now celebrating 34 years of excellence in the truck equipment industry, Nichols Fleet Equipment, Inc. has an immediate need for a full time retail parts salesperson at our brand new Chattanooga, TN facility. Our business has experience significant growth in recent years, and we are seeking a qualified individual to join our team in our Parts Department.
A family owned and operated business, NFE specializes in field service mechanics trucks and fuel & lube trucks, and we are looking to fill this position to help us react to the increase in daily parts calls and walk-in parts sales we have experienced since moving into our new facility in March of 2024.

Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to phone/email parts inquiries.
- Greet walk in customers and assist them with parts sales needs.
- Communicate with vendors to quickly and accurately deliver quotes to our customers.
- Utilize ERP system to generate quotes and turn them into sales orders (Computer / ERP system experience required).
- Good communication skills and phone demeanor are essential.
- Strong computer skills (email, MS Office) required.
- This is a full time, on site position (not remote) that comes with a full benefits package including PTO, health, and more -- full benefits summary will be available during interview process.
Qualifications
- Experience with retail parts sales is required, and industry-specific or related parts sales experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in and knowledge of truck equipment (bodies, cranes, air compressors, etc) is preferred but not required if candidate has other related parts sales experience.
