Seal Pros is currently seeking general laborers on our Asphalt Paving Crew. Laborers will perform tasks involving physical labor on parking lots and streets. This is a seasonal position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Saw cut and remove asphalt, compact base, and tack coat sawed edges. Spread, shovel, and tamp to grade asphalt and base course.
- Direct trucks to deposit material into designated area
- Assist supervisor in measuring patches, streets, and lots
- Traffic Control as needed
- Assist in job site clean up
- May occasionally be assigned to other responsibilities
- Maintain accurate timecards and paperwork
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Skills and Qualifications
- No experience necessary!
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to work overtime – expectation of 40 hours, including some weekends as required
- Some heavy lifting - minimum of 50lbs
