NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, Oregon. Responsible for developing and implementing the complete marketing plan for a product line. Develops the programs that will maximize the brand's awareness and sales, through the message and media that are meaningful to retailers and consumers. Responsible for developing, directing and coordination of the complete marketing plan for a category that drive brand strategies. Responsible for developing the programs that will maximize the brand's awareness and sales, through the message and media that are meaningful to retailers and consumers. Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Provides people leadership. Participates in activities such as work planning, process development, resource optimization, employee goal setting, coaching, hiring decisions, and performance monitoring. Trains or mentors staff.
Applicant must have a Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing Management and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include:
