Niowave is an engineering playground where you will be engaged in supporting processes across multiple major programs that have a direct impact on cancer patient survival. Project Engineers tap into their prior hands-on experience in diversified engineering principles and practices to relate to and in support of the technical team in project completion. This role has the critical responsibility of guiding and coaching team members in agile project practices. The Senior Project Engineer masterfully executes the administrative tasks, such as scheduling, document and information distribution, report collation and communication.
What you need to succeed…
- BS Engineering Degree – Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical
- 8 years of engineering experience.
- 5 years of capital project management experience.
- Proven engineering project delivery experience.
- Proven experience managing capital engineering projects and budgets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Organizational and project management skills for self and teams.
- Embraces and Models the Niowave Values of Teamwork, Courage, Integrity, and Upright Zeal.
- Understands how to integrate into a new team/organization – appreciates the history of current state, know how and when to make suggestions, as well as using just the right pace to reach the improved future state.
