Euro Casa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Designer to lead and elevate our design team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a proven track record in kitchen sales and design. This role is critical in driving over $100K in monthly revenue while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and design excellence.
As the Senior Designer, you will oversee client projects, manage operational aspects of our kitchen design and sales department. Your expertise in both design and sales will help shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management : Oversee daily operations of the showroom and kitchen design team. Support other designers, ensuring quality and consistency in client interactions. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets of $100K.
- Design & Project Oversight : Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budgets, delivering innovative and tailored kitchen design solutions. Utilize design software (Metron, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar) to present professional 3D renderings and layouts. Ensure designs comply with safety standards, regulations, and aesthetic goals.
- Sales & Revenue Generation : Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. Demonstrate kitchen products and services, effectively showcasing their value and benefits. Prepare accurate quotes, manage project budgets, and negotiate contracts with clients.
