Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Loan Assistant at Nodaway Valley Bank located in Liberty, MO. The Commercial Loan Assistant will be responsible for loan servicing, managing loan documents, providing excellent customer service, performing various administrative services for the Commercial Lender’s and the lending team.
Qualifications
- Loan Servicing, Loan Documents,
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of various types of Loans
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Composes and directs written communications to various entities both outside and inside the Bank.
- Assists Loan Officers with proposals, site visits and other written communications
- Makes arrangements for various meetings and gatherings as needed for the SVP Commercial Lender
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years previous executive administration experience preferably in commercial real-estate.
