Job Title: Associate Attorney (Medical Malpractice)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical law, a keen eye for detail, and excellent research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of medical malpractice cases.
- Interview clients and gather relevant medical records and other evidence.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Assist in case strategy development and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with medical experts to assess the merits of cases.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in medical law and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in New Jersey state.
- 2 years of experience in medical malpractice law.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical malpractice standards of care.
- Experience handling complex medical malpractice cases.
- Experience with medical malpractice litigation in New Jersey state.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
