About the Role
Norden Machinery is a broad international operation with customers all over the world; a very important part of the Norden's operations is our aftermarket in North America.
As the Customer Service Account Manager, this position is responsible for the sale of service, machine modernizations and spare parts within an assigned geographical area.
This position will pair with our customer service reps and field techs in understanding customer project needs, as well as towards the end during installation of machinery.
Apart from customary customer visits, this role will provide service packages and commitments, as well as forecasting needs and development plans.
It also includes planning and participation in various fairs, competitor monitoring, and other trade-shows for marketing / branding purposes.
Lastly, this role will act as the customer liaison for questions relayed by the customer team, and involving our Swedish sales team as needed.
