SUMMARY

This role, as part of the North American Rescue (NAR) Sales Team, is a highly specialized position focused on military medical sales and logistics. The position demands a subject matter expert (SME) with in-depth knowledge of U.S. military prehospital care systems (POI through Role 2) in both deployed and non-deployed environments. Expertise in DoD Tier 1-4 provider standards, CoTCCC guidelines, JTS Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs), and service-specific protocols is essential.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Military Sales and Requirements Analyst is a motivated, self-directed professional who is well-versed in military health systems and logistics across branches, including the Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, and National Guard. This individual collaborates with Department of Defense (DoD) decision-makers to establish and maintain strong relationships, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet military operational requirements.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This is not an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities.  Projects/duties may be added as needed.

  • Military Logistics Expertise: Serve as an SME on National Stock Numbers (NSNs), Authorized Medical Allowance Lists (AMALs), and Sets, Kits, and Outfits (SKOs).
  • Build and maintain relationships with military medical organizations, advising on current and new products, and integrating solutions into respective SKOs/AMALs.
  • Conduct field visits to operational forces to identify emerging medical equipment needs.
  • Support and manage military contracts, ensuring compliance with service-specific medical logistics systems.
  • Process e-quotes, develop targeted marketing strategies, and maintain a comprehensive database of key military contacts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • At least 8 years of U.S. military service with relevant certifications (MOS/AFSC/NEC).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Background in military acquisition and contracting is required.

DEMANDS

Time and Availability

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours each week from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or some variation thereof
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand


Travel

  • Must have transportation to and from headquarters
  • Able to travel up to 50%.
