SUMMARY
This NAR Associate, as a TEAM member within the Sales Department, is responsible for market sales, product planning and execution during product lifecycle of designated products, soliciting and maintaining favorable contacts, and closing sales negotiations with appropriate customers and agencies. This position includes: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements; defining the product vision; and working closely with the product development, operations, sales, and marketing teams, providing technical support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This NAR Associate is a self-directed subject matter expert with specific knowledge in the U.S. military Prehospital areas (POI through Role 2) of medical care in both the deployed and non-deployed environments. This NAR Associate must be intimately familiar with the DoD Tier 1-4 provider standards, CoTCCC guidelines, JTS CPGs, as well as service specific guidelines and training.
The POSITION OVERVIEW
The North American Rescue Military Sales and Requirements Analyst is a highly motivated, self-directed subject matter expert with specific knowledge in the military health systems specifically, but not limited to Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, or National Guard processes who will deliver professional, consistent, and customer-oriented service and work with the key decision makers of the Department of Defense. Responsible for soliciting and maintaining favorable contacts with current key military decision-makers as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage prime vendor accounts, distributors, and specialty groups.
- Intimate knowledge of the Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard or National Guard Medical Organizations and conduct contract management.
- Advise customers of new and current products to customers in assigned region and have the products added to their respective SKOs / AMALs.
- Conduct informal visits to operational forces and identify future medical equipment requirements.
- Assists with specific government organizations and ensures all customer requirements are met.
- Process and follow up on e-quotes for client organizations.
- Promotes positive relations with customers, vendors, and distributors.
- Advises customers on working through service-specific medical logistics systems to acquire products.
- Create and maintain database for key contacts then develop a target marketing strategy to ensure the key contacts receive information on new products.
- Participate and provide support at trade shows and other promotional events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Prior service in the U.S. military service branch doing medicine or pre-hospital care with intimate knowledge and use of prehospital products.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of military service with certifications in former MOS / AFSC / NEC branch position.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Working knowledge and experience with Professional Sales Methodology (Spin/Challenger/Value Based Selling, etc.)
