ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Sioux Falls, SD
NORTH AMERICAN TRUCK AND TRAILER – LEASING DIVISION
North American Truck & Trailer, a leading Kenworth truck dealership, is looking for a full-time administrative assistant for its leasing subsidiary in Sioux Falls, SD. Our company is an exciting and dynamic company with over 25 locations across the Midwest. We are continuously growing which makes this a good opportunity for the right candidate. Come join our team!
Specific duties are as follows:
- Writing up leasing and rental contracts
- Obtaining insurance documents from the insurance companies
- Weekly customer billing
- Greeting customers when they arrive
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the correct point of contact
- Filing paperwork
- Other duties as assigned by the Leasing Manager
- International fuel tax (IFTA)
Interested candidates should have good communications skills, organizational skills, and a teamwork mentality.
