Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update orders in the system.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Manage and maintain documents related to order workflow and customer service.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers and teammates, both through written communication and phone/in-person.
• Assist account manager with customer requests, price quotation process, and other communication as needed.
• Assist with and support the customer onboarding and vetting process.
• Support and improve processes surrounding customer service, order entry/maintenance and sales functions.
• Maintain a positive outlook and attitude in the face of difficulty or obstacles.

Reports To

• Works closely with the Sales, Inventory Management, and Procurement teams.
• Reports directly to Sales Manager and Customer Support Manager, and indirectly to the Vice President of Sales.

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in order management, administration, or a related field is preferred
• High level of attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude
• Proficiency in using order management systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software
