Position Purpose:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Clinical Supervisor to serve as a clinical role model and supervisor within our nursing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective patient care and delivering exceptional nursing services by planning, organizing, staffing, and evaluating the activities of the department. This position includes oversight of department operations, personnel management, budget, quality management, and marketing efforts to enhance patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Serve as a role model for clinical excellence, providing guidance and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Patient Care Oversight: Plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care, ensuring that it aligns with the medical plan of care, policies, and nursing processes.
- Department Management: Oversee department operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and scheduling to maintain effective patient care delivery.
- Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality control measures, striving to meet the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Budget and Reimbursement: Manage departmental budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and compliance with reimbursement standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with 2-3 years of Management experience in wound care.
- Experience: Proven experience in nursing leadership or supervisory roles, with a strong background in clinical care.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and collaborate with team members. Knowledge of quality management, budget management, and patient care standards.
