Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee our laboratory operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise laboratory personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of research and development initiatives.
- Oversee laboratory techniques including molecular biology and histology to support ongoing studies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations.
- Analyze data from experiments and clinical trials
- Ensure the laboratory is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives forward.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a laboratory management role or similar position.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies applicable to laboratory settings.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory techniques including molecular biology and histology.
- Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations relevant to laboratory operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
