What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Northside Imports?
Requirements:
Team player, works well with other team members and supervisors
Previous dispatching experience 1-2 years
Warehouse experience a plus
Great customer service with attention to detail
Excels in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.
Outstanding communication both written and verbal
Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Must be willing to work OT and some Saturdays 8:30am to 1:00 pm
Valid drivers License and must be willing to undergo background and MVR check
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of drivers.
Follow set delivery routes ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries.
Work with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate picking of orders.
Communicate with sales team, office team, and customers to provide order status.
Coach and train drivers to ensure great service is provided and safety procedures are followed.
Schedule regular maintenance and address mechanical/safety issues with fleet in a timely manner
Inspect parts and process returns for credit.
Salary : $20 - $25
