- Someone who is caring, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about teaching young children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with parents and staff.
- A commitment to professional development (we'll help you meet state requirements).
- CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers certifications (can be obtained after hire).
Daily Responsibilities:
- Teaching foundational skills like colors, shapes, numbers, and letters through fun, interactive activities.
- Creating schedules that balance physical activity, rest, and play.
- Supporting children in developing social skills, self-esteem, and positive behavior.
- Observing and documenting each child's progress in health, development, and learning.
- Providing positive reinforcement and redirection to guide behavior.
- Jumping into any classroom where you're needed, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for both children and staff.
Why Join Us? You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and positivity. We believe in putting family first, fostering a growth mindset, and always striving for excellence. Whether you're leading an activity, comforting a child, or stepping into a new classroom at a moment's notice, you'll be supported every step of the way.
If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and let's create a nurturing and inspiring environment together!
