Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.
• Making sure patient have pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works closely with providers and other dept.
• Can work well alone on assigned duties.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of healthcare related experience.
• Previous medical scheduling preferred.
• Phone etiquette and customer satisfaction a must.
