What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Northwest Autism Center?
Northwest Autism Center is a state, and federally approved nonprofit organization committed to the provision of services and supports to those with autism and neurodevelopmental disabilities. Our organization understands the benefit of an interdisciplinary approach in providing prescribed treatment services to children and youth with complex needs. As we continue to expand our ability to provide interdisciplinary care, the clinical supervisor will be responsible for cultivating cross-discipline collaboration while maintaining quality assurance metrics for ABA service delivery. The clinical supervisor reports directly to the Director of Services and will work closely with them to measure program impact, client outcomes, and staff productivity and satisfaction.
