Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst or Licensed Behavioral Analyst located in Spokane, WA. The Behavioral Analyst will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, implementing interventions, and monitoring progress for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BCBA or LBA certification is required
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Experience working in a clinical setting with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
